How to Book

Booking your next trip with IVOYAGO is fast, easy, and secure. Just follow these six simple steps:

1. SEARCH

Start by entering the details of your trip:

• Choose your departure and arrival cities
• Select your travel dates
• Specify the number of passengers
  Then, click the Search button to begin.

2. COMPARE

Browse through a list of available flights:

• View options sorted by price and departure time
• Click “Select” to choose the flight that suits you best

Optional tools to refine your search:

• Use arrow tabs to check nearby travel dates
• Apply filters (e.g., airlines, stops, price range) on the left
• Click on the flight price for more detailed information

3. REVIEW

Review your trip details carefully:

• Confirm flight information and passenger data
• Scroll down to add optional extras if needed:

Available extras include:

• Hotel bookings
• Car rentals
• Travel insurance

Once confirmed, enter your email address and click “Book Now” to proceed.

4. CHECKOUT

Fill in the required passenger details for each traveler:

• Full name (as per passport or ID)
• Contact information
• Any required travel document numbers

5. PAYMENT

Choose your preferred payment method, then:

• Review your booking summary
• Accept the Terms & Conditions
• Click “Pay Now” to complete the booking

All transactions are processed securely through encrypted payment gateways.

6. CONFIRMATION

Once your payment is successful:

• A confirmation page will appear with your booking reference
• A confirmation email will be sent to you within 24 hours
  This email will include your e-ticket, invoice, and all important travel information.
